John A. Simon
John A. Simon is the Qualifying Broker and owner of Hamilton Homes & Designs LLC. A Marine Corps veteran and Alabama Qualifying Broker, he brings more than thirty years of executive leadership to the way Hamilton Homes is run — steady, disciplined, and accountable to the people it serves.
He is also an active real estate investor, property owner, renovator, and property manager — buying, holding, improving, and managing property in the same Huntsville market he serves clients in. That hands-on experience shapes every decision: repair costs, rent pricing, and deal viability are weighed by someone who carries the same risk on his own properties, not just on paper.
Above all, John is dedicated to helping owners build long-term wealth through real estate — protecting cash flow, preserving property value, and treating every client's portfolio with the same care he gives his own.
